Plate Load Error Lotem 400

Hi,

We are having an issue where when trying to load a plate, it appears that the tail gripper is not coming all the way around enough and grabbing the tail edge of the plate. It's moving some, but stopping clearly short. It then does an emergency stop.

I've had luck 1 time after resetting the preload and being able to image 1 plate. I've also been about to load 1 plate via the Loading system. Other than that, it fails. About 10 times now.

Any advice as to what could be happening?

Thanks.

first u can check the size of plate and try to change it alittle less than actual say 2 mill , this will help u to load that particular plate kind and size to the machine
but this still not the answer or solution to the problem

sounds similar to what happened to us a few months ago. Any error message about a Load Roller Valve? If so, that would need to be replaced.
