Plockmatic 350m skew

Hi everyone! Hope you're all well!
We have a 2017 plockmatic 350m which we use to hand finish booklets.

We're really happy with the machine apart from I'm getting a small skew on the books. (Photo attached).
I've searched google for answers and checked all the obvious settings such as paper size etc.



Has anyone come across anything like this before? Any suggestions on how I can fix it.

Or alternatively, does anyone know a technician who covers the north of England?

There is an 'operator' adjustment for both the head-foot skew and the fold skew.

Photo1 - The green-circled knob needs to be loosened to allow for the red-arrowed indicator to adjust.
Photo2 - Loosen the two red arrow indicated screws to lower the green-indicated black 'capture' plate to split the stitch and fold units. (Reverse the process to reattach the two units)
Photo3 - Red-arrow indicated screws adjust the stitch-fold skew.

Im obviously being completely dim. But I can't find photo 1 anywhere on my unit. I've had all the covers off. But nothing.

Hmmm. That is the head and foot trimmer unit.
The waste trims go out the other side.

Ah I don’t have a head and foot trimmer. Just the edge and square fold.

We had this happen to us once. We found a piece of scrap torn off paper at the bottom of the jogging area. It caused a slight skew when we dropped in booklets. Check the path and see if there's any torn paper stuck in the path.
