Good Day,
We have a Polar 66 cutter (2001 Model) and it is no longer cutting through the stack of paper. (It will only cut through 1/3 or 1/4 of the stack)
We have a new blade in, hydraulic oil is new & full, No error codes are being display on the screen either.
We had pressure tested and it is only showing 60 bars, Solenoids have been checked and seals are good.
Not sure if anyone know what this could be as we are located in Bermuda so we do not have any technicians or parts stores available to us.
Please reach out if you are able to assist with remote diagnosis or know what we need to fix or replace to get the cutter fully operational again.
