Polar 76 EM LMS to control board cable pinout schema

On Polar 76 Em (LMS module) I need to be sure from LMS board 6 pin circular socket to 9 pin DB9 socket connection layout. Which pin must be connected to which pin on end of the cable? What is the schema of this cable connection?
