I am trying to assist my customer on his computers catastrophic crash. I have tried the program on 3 different boxes with on board parrallel and pci parrallel card installed. With windows xp, windows 2000 and windows 2003 server with the same luck (bad). The dongle can not be seen. On windows 2003 and 2000 I cant open Licensing interface because the java machine opens the cmd window then just closes down. in XP it opens but it says it cant see the dongle (parrallel)...any help would be appreciated or set us in the right direction. I am wondering if the dongle is damaged or the files on the CD are damaged.
