Preps lost templates

Hi,
I use Preps 5.01 and went to pick up some signatures from our Heidelberg template folder and THEY WERE GONE!!!!!! I called Rampage Systems because I can't get to a person in Creo Preps and they were able to locate some of the sigs but a large folder for 23" x 35" paper size was missing. Has anyone had this problem?

Can you visually see them on your local drive or server but not from Preps? I had this happen and I copied the templates folder to the desktop of our server, deleted the original templates folder, then copied the folder back to its original destination and all was well.

We save all our templates (and .job) files back to the job folder as well as the templates folder in RAMpage. I thought it was redundant but this has made me think twice...
