There are a number of specifics that are left out of your question, but here are some general choices:
1) Techkon has an autoscanning unit for an open system. The spectro can be removed from the track and used as a handheld unit, too.
2) Xrite has the Intellitrax line
3) I don't think any press manufacturer is without a system
4) If you're in the web world there are closed loop retrofits available from GMI, WPC, Quad...

There is cheap and easy to use solution for press color control using xrite spectrophotometer. We have instaled it on Heidelberg SM102-5 P3 and works great. Additionaly it presets ink keys in the machine thanks to it we can produce much more jobs per day. We bought it from presscolorcontrol.com
