Prinect MetaDimension 5.2 and InDesign CS4 / Quark 8

I am struggling to find any clear information surrounding any known issues with the above apps. Is there a resource in the Greater Toronto Area that might be able to help us with this? I simply don't know where to look to find the answers. Due to the specialized nature it's proven difficult to track down any info on the web. I'm lost... hehe

We have a client that wants to upgrade to Quark 8 and Adobe Creative Suite 4 and wanted to know of any considerations they should be making. What extra info could I capture from them that would help you guys, help me...

dont create pdfs in quark and place them in indy then out put another pdf. It will cause font issues.
