Is there a way to make a text marks on plate in some other language other than english?
For example instead page, sheet, front, back etc to make text mark with these terms in other language?

It depends on Signastation version. In the latest (11) for front and back You could set any name You would like to in Preferences->Names. In general the Marks can be extended with any text if You edit them in Marks Editor\Text Marks Editor.
