PRINERGY CONNECT - RBA - How ???

I need to make RBA file, I use hot folder that put pdf file, than refine if is OK to make one bit tiff in specific folder. What is the simplest way to do that ?

A Workflow process plan without any RBA.

Or.. an RBA plan wich automates that process template after the refine, put into a template job.
