Hi all-
I'm running epson 11880's using Mac OS and the photoshop driver. I use 44" or 60" rolls in a variety of glossy and matte media. I've have been having issues with "ghosting", especially when running test patches of greyscales. On some papers (but not all) midway through the print I start to see magenta or cyan "ghosting" which lasts an inch or two then fades out. sometimes after this happens i get paper skew errors on the printer, but not always. i've also noticed certain media tends to drift on the spindle leaving a gap where it was originally flush against the spindle end. i always make sure my paper is squared off before i begin printing but it still happens. has anyone seen this or found a solution to this? I'm in the process of testing papers and don't want to eliminate papers based on this problem if there is a simple solution. thanks in advance!
