Well-known member
Our print shop in Vancouver, WA is looking for an experienced Digital Printing Production Specialist for our small but growing print shop.
We are an all digital print shop (no offset).

Please email resumes to [email protected]
Resumes must include the following:
  • Pay Requirements: I loathe negotiating pay so it is truly preferred if you are black and white about your needs. If we can't meet those needs then it saves everyone a lot of time and hassle to avoid an entire process only to find out we aren't a good fit for each other. Pay is entirely dependent on experience and your specific skill sets and how much training will be required to get you up to speed on our systems.
  • Residency: We are specifically looking for someone who resides in WA or is willing to relocate to WA. We won't be hiring people who reside in OR as we've had issues with the legal/filing/payroll issues with Oregon state.
  • Specific equipment you're familiar with already: Fiery, Bindery, Adobe Suite of Software, Specific Printing Presses you have experience operating.
  • Management skills: A higher pay range is available if you have management skills for managing a small team, please include this information on your resume.
  • Sales: We are not looking for a salesperson, there is no sales required for this position.
For this position, we are specifically looking for someone who is familiar with every step of the print production process from prepress to actual production. As a small shop the willingness to put on the hat required for a specific job and jump in where needed is critical. We also operate in a manner that is non-traditional compared to other print shops so being willing to be flexible and teachable in learning our system is essential. Experience mixed with flexibility.
