Yes, and when I asked if they would just match your price to make things easier next time, they spoke of something called an unattainable triad. Have you any idea what they were talking about?

I assume you're joking but for those who don't get it I believe that you're talking about, "You have 3 options; price, quality and turnaround time. Pick two".
