Printdrive series 3 input device issue

Good afternoon everyone. I hope someone can help me out with this issue. Our printdrive server died on us. We were running printdrive series 3 update F on Windows 2000 service pack 4. Our new server has Windows 2003R2. We have installed the printdrive series 3 software and all the updates. The tiff files are being generated from Nexus 10.2 and are being sent to the printdrive through an ftp module in Nexus. Now when we send our tiff files and jdf to the printdrive the tiff input device keeps going offline after each tiff file is processed.

This is the log file on printdrive for the tiff input.

Our workflow setting is set to Agfa Job Description. We have a second prindrive in our shop and we followed the settings from that one.
