I am a designer, and I would like to start my bushiness in party supply and decoration, this is an example of the products I want to make : Party Decoration

I want to do the following items:

• Hanging Cutouts
• Ribbon Circle Banner
• Favor Bags
• Cupcake Decorating Kit (wrapper and topper)
• Confetti

I will start with few quantity according to the clients request. What printer / cutting plotter should I go for ?????
