Printing PVC on Ricoh C520

Hi Folks

I was hoping for some advice. I've trying to print onto PVC sheets (SRA3) on the Ricoh C520
Print quality is excellent, finish is great, but the toner doesn't adhere too well.
Its a bit of last ditch attempt to keep offering Vinyl stickers, after my wide format printer died, and I'm trying to avoid replacing it (Solvent Machine)

Year ago, we used to print onto Vinyl Sheets with a Kodak Nexpress 2500, but even that machine was a bit hit and miss, the toner would scratch off relatively easily.

Has anyone had any luck getting the toner to stick to PVC sheets on a Ricoh? Would you mind sharing your settings if you had some success?

I was even considering some 'post press' varnish maybe, I wondered if that might get me the durability I need?

Lamination isn't an option, as the toner sticks to the laminate (because of the heat, and actually transfers perfectly from the Vinyl over to the laminate - I think that nails it for PVC on a Ricoh)

I suspect I'm chasing an impossibility, but figured I'd ask anyway.

Thanks in advance

Tim
