printing tabs on J75 leaves lines

I am printing a manual on our Xerox J75. This is the first time I have printed a manual and printed tabs to insert. Setup went great, nice and easy, the issue is with printing now. I am getting these lines on the tab sheet. I have the tabs being fed from the bypass tray (tray5). The setting is 8.5 x 11 LEF with stock set to tab.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Those line show up when the sheet is misregistered. Run a SIQA setup for the tab stock and don't use the bypass.

Do you know how I would run a SIQA setup for the tab stock? When I go to the alignment adjustment section, it will not let me run the calibration on a small sheet like this.

Ah good point.... you will have to do the registration setup manually like the old fashion days.... of 2005.

I placed a service call, they should have a tech coming in for over time to fix this issue. I do not see anywhere where I can even adjust the alignment. I could reverse all the tabs manually and put them in a tray, but that is a lot of hand work that I would like to avoid.
