Printnet command line & licenses question

Hi,
Trying to use PNetTC to spool jobs from a BAT file. Seem to have most things in place and when the script is run, get the following:

Status message 0881: Reading config file w:\_workflows.....
Status message 0884: Running module Scan Tags.
Critical error 0900: Licensing: Number of licenses exceeded.
Critical error 0900: Licensing: License Manager rejected license.
Critical error 0900: Licensing: License is configured using environment variable CX_LICENSE=LS

I have to get out of the gui to run the script.
CX_LICENSE and CX_LIC_SERVER are set as environment variables.
We are running the server edition.

Anyone have an idea as to what is missing?

Do you have a pnettc.config in you PrintNet directory, if not: copy the pnett.config as it's just a pointer for the executable to the license manager.

possibly few reasons:
- don't have command line license under ls.lic file
- lets say if you have 2 license than both are in use. so try to free up licenses by closing GMC in all machines then try.
