problem in avantra

we have problem with avantra 44S when we power the machine in every morning it's turn off after a few moments we are try several times to solve this and boot normally

note :
1-when we are disconnect spinner motor power all things is ok
2-our spinner it's new and tested and also dec board it's repaired by agency and tested ..
3-the temperature of the room is little bit cool can the effect .

any suggest

We have also faced the same problem and finally fixed it with replace the New Dec Board.

I have suggestion hitting avantra 44 s your.

First, Pleace chek DEC board versi software. next capture versions your dec software

next send image capture in my email ( [email protected]) or your update software dec board to hig version.
