Dear All,
I am currently running a Iwakaski Letterpress.
The problem i am facing is of over punching.
One client required the labels to me applied by a automatic label applicator. When the rolls provided by me are put onto the applicator they break due to over punching of the silicon. I have tried various things to resolve this issue to no avail.
The current label stock i am using is.
Weight : 80 gsm ± 5 %.
Adhesive : A standard permanent acrylic adhesive.24 gsm (FDA)
Liner : A glassine paper solvent less silicone system giving excellent and smooth release required for automatic label dispensing.
Weight : 62 gsm ± 5%
Any input on the same would be appreciated.
Thanking you in advance.
Apologies for posting in the wrong forum.
