We have been toying with the idea of producing snap pack mailers. I understand we might have to do the finishing (perforating and gluing) offline. The problem is I am not sure if this is something that requires specialized equipment or what is involved. The content will be variable data..so we will print the letter on the Canon 7000.
I would really appreciate any advice or direction on how to produce snap packs once we print the letters. I know we can always outsource to a printer that does this but a lot of the applications for this are variable data short run and I think it will be cheaper for us to produce these in house.
