proofer for color pilot

seeking advise and recommendation for reliable and close to offset colormanaged proofing printer i can attached to my esko colorproof/pilot.

If Esko can drive it, the Epson SureColor P series of printers does a great job. If you ultimately go this route, get the violet ink!

It looks like the canon ipf 6400/6450/8400/9400 collection are supported, as is the epson s80600.

Totally agree. These printers have a nice gamut of color. They are very stable and hold color well. We have the P9000.

Epson's surecolor series is no doubt the best
