Rampage won't send files to Luxel T-6000

I have upgraded to a Rampage 12.3 RIP. Everything is setup and functional, however, it will not send the data to the Luxel T-6000. It sees the device but does not transfer the final data. Any help out there for adjusting the Shooter to work?

It has been a while but from what I remember you have to add the device with a utility. Also, it has to be a licensed device.
