Recycle old film negatives

Anyone know of where we could recycle our old film negatives these days?

Do a search for silver recyclers in your area . . . when we went from film to CTP we shipped out about 3 pallets of stripped negatives to our local recycler. Not sure if we made any money on it but . . . got them out of our shop.

Its really going to depend on where you are so you might try posting your location.

Central States Refining in Missouri buys Neg Film and they will even pickup if you are in there coverage area. They are in central Missouri but have trucks that travel all over the midwest... like St. Louis, Kansas City and even Chicago so pretty much the midwest. (by the way... just sold 300 pounds to them and got 2.25 per pound... but it will all depend on quality and current silver market)
