Ricoh 9200 paper jam with Munken Polar 300 gsm

Hello guys.
We are having a problem feeding Munken Polar 300 gsm trough our machine.

All other coated paper work but this one just does not go trough.
It stops just before it goes in to the fuser - like it is taking more than one sheet.

Any toughts?

Have you tried turning off your sensors and running it through, ie double detect, skew...etc.. Paper might not be calibrated right.

I turned off 9099 and it seems to work.
Dirty sensor or damaged paper profile?

Munken Polar seems to have unusually high bulk for 300 GSM. 13.3 caliper compared to around 11-12 for most. It likely thinks there is a double.
