Hi,
We had one of our Ricoh 9200 that print skew but big gap skew between each side.
We try to fix it with fiery but no result.
Tech try many time to fix it by using admin string. But each time after some 3000 print the skew reappears.
We try to change paper size, paper type or quality nothing seem to fix the problem.
Any idea ?
