So I have a Ricoh c5310, with the SR5120 booklet finisher. I do not have a folding unit.
The booklet finisher will of course do some folding. However, I would really like to get it to fold unbound simplex A4 sheets lengthways. That does not appear to be a supported size/dimension for the folding unit.
So I was wondering whether anyone has any workarounds or smart ideas for whether it will do that one way or another?
I could impose it onto an SRA3 sheet and it would then fold that in half, but I would then have to trim that down and waste about 60% of the sheet.
I'm just printing nameplates and it would be awesome to fold them in half lengthways.
If not - it'll wait until we're replacing these presses I guess..
