Want feedback from others with this machine with respect to the operations and technical support, especially downtime waiting for new parts to arrive.
 
I would talk to some local people that own the machine about this. Waiting for parts is going to depend a lot on how the local service handles it. They can choose what to keep on hand and they can choose what shipping method to use when ordering parts.
