We've been wanting to explore some new soft proofing options and as a start, I'm beginning with Riteapprove. The obvious initial advantage is its integration with our current workflow but that's about it. The features and capabilities sound great but I could imagine a world of quirks making for a regretted purchase. The most notable quirks are the sort of thing we deal with regularly in Trueflow- the poorly translated dialogs and non-intuitive functionality. Most of our clients are NON tech-savvy- just having to register for an account could be a major deterrent.
Anyhow... enough of my concerns. Of you who have implemented Riteapprove, what has your experience been so far?
As always, Thanks Everyone!
