Roland VP 540 ink problem -- no cyan or black!

Has anyone had this problem? We moved our printer. When we got to the new place it was leaking cyan...We printed a few things, then everything went bad! After pulling ink through to get air out it did good for a minute, them a huge smudge all the way across. Now, yellow and magenta look perfect, no cyan or black. Please help!!

At tekstil-tryk.dk I had a similar problem. It was the capping station for one printhead that wasn´t alignet correct, so air came in when the pump tried to get ink.
The print head cant suck air, so when the cappingstation isn´t working. You get no print.
I think you might have same problem, bebause there is two colors for each printhead.
