Hi Guys
I am new to the site and have an Roland XC-540. I have noticed after printing a few jobs that the Magenta has come out of alignment! The machine is well looked after but took a big knock a few weeks ago by crashing on to the media clamp. I have gone through all the alignment options and they are spot on so all I can think is that the knock had taken the head out of alignment.
Can anyone confirm this or help?
