Run larger laminate on 25mm core machine

Hi Folks

Can anyone point me in the right direction, I can't recall what the fittings are called that plug into the laminate rolls?
I'm looking to run some larger core rolls on a little 25mm core machine.

From past experience, I've done this using a 'converter' attachment to allow me to run these bigger cores on a 25mm machine

Hopefully, that makes sense
