Running Synthetic Stock (ie Digituff, NeverTear, Synaps etc) on Versant 280

So I have been using SRA3 Digituff 270micron on my Versant 280 for the past 3 years. Lately I can't seem to run it back through so it makes the sheet go back flat, always keeps dog earring on the edge. I've always ran the profile as film on between 350gsm-400gsm setting with the fuser temp at 0, as if I do it too low it doesn't print great. I have tried to manually bend the sheets by hand so they are not as curled. The de-curler module has never helped with curling. It always been best to run it back through the fuser to get it flat again. What substrate stocks do you use and settings? Do you get curling?

I've used Never tear, Synaps and currently using Cosmo, think the Cosmo is 305mic. On v280

I do have a custom profile for it set for 300-350gsm coated, only setting I adjust is the image transfer. Prints perfect and allows me to duplex. The Cosmo does have massive static when printed so I do take a minute to manually separate the sheets before finishing.

Synaps, and same settings as pippip. I don't get curling, but lots of static.

Synaps in 5mil, 8mil, and 10mil... never any more curl than the stock might start with. BOAT LOADS of static though

recently we switched to MGX Xquisite DT in 6mil/8mil/10mil. Half the cost of Synaps, its made out of Polyethylene instead of Polyester. It will fail/tear if you put holes in it (i.e. 3-hole punch or punch for coil binding), but otherwise in cut-sheet/cut-card format, its nearly as indestructible. Also, it generates about 1/3 the static.
