S groove anilox

Hi all, just had a question from a customer regarding the S-channel anilox rollers and the +7,5° angle setting in the RIP. Seems that they are having problems in some areas where the "S" resonates with the angles.
I havn't seen the prints yet but has anybody come across this before?

Interesting, Zecher has stopped trails and production of the S groove, just too much trouble in all areas except corrogated cardbord.
