Both Presstek and Anocoil have a long standing mission of bringing plate technology innovations to market resulting in qualify and performance benefits to our customers.


Key position purpose:


To achieve the CTP Equipment and plate sales targets as set out by the company on your allocated territory and maintain an excellent relationship with our key end users and dealers.


Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve CTP equipment sales quotas.
• Manage dealer channels in specified region.
• Maximize sales price and obtain favorable commercial terms.
• Sell Presstek CTP bundled solutions to newspaper and commercial business segments. System bundles include: hardware, workflow, plates, and service.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
• Research source for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Work with Technical Services to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
• Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
• Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services against key competitors.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions.
• Undertake direct marketing activities.
• Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.


Candidate Profile
• BS degree, business management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the Print/Graphics sector.
• Graphics Industry knowledge
o Understands the features, applications and differences of competitors' products/services.
o Knowledge of current issues, activities and concerns of the Print industry.
• Sales oriented, has demonstrated ability to significantly grow businesses.
• Ability to sell based on Total Value Proposition and not just price.
• Ability to self-manage priorities and schedule with minimum supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a high level of energy and drive. Results-oriented.
• Customer oriented, with proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the graphic arts market; digital printing and pre-press.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
