Work with the President to assist in the growth, management, and support of the strategic customers in the company identified vertical markets. Sell our integrated marketing solutions to your existing and new customers. Services include brand identity, design, digital printing, large format and fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
• Consistently initiate quality contact and develop additional business with existing customers.
• Proactively develop and advance new accounts and relationships that support the assigned region/market.
• Understand and deliver the value proposition to the target markets, products and services that are consistent with the company’s success.
• Meet with customers regularly to maintain relationships, educate on business solutions, negotiate and close deals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer acquisition and pricing strategies.
• Ensure performance/delivery on revenue commitment, provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting assuming responsibility for account documentation and data maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing, account managers and production departments to design and deliver solutions to customer base.
• Represent the company in a manner consistent with its culture and values.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn new services and methods to add value to customers.
Qualifications:
• 3- 5 years of documented success in digital print sales
• Bachelor's preferred or related printing, customer service or sales experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of printing production processes associated with graphic design and digital printing
• Strong selling techniques and skills with the ability to advance large-scale account opportunities, generate sales from existing and prospective accounts, perform/deliver on revenue commitment – all resulting in revenue generation
• Ability to problem-solve and offer wide-range business solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively speak to a diverse client base as well as internal teams.
• Skilled in Windows PC and MS Office environment and experience with sales tracking software and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to travel and work hours outside of the normal workweek
