Samba Flex

hello everyone!

Does anyone have experience working with samba flex? we sent to the RIP some work and the minimun dot was 25 pixels.. just the same as samba (the older one)..

Esko gave us 3 differents parameters to set up this screen in packedge CS25 CS36 CS45 where the numbers mean the smallest pixel.. but again, what is the difference between samba and samba flex if you can´t get a minimun dot around 14 pixels (which could be great!)

sambaflex screen have a other size 's like cs9 , cs14 and ext and in flexrip6 they are add some new screens like cs45h .
h = highlight this means you see the transaction effect just in highlight's

Hi, thanks for the reply. People from esko said that the range for digital is between CS25 and CS45, the others are for convenctional flexo plates.. eg. cs9

Any idea about this?

yes you must use for digital plate 25 because the final size of dot reduced under 25 micron
