Saving PitStop Actions

I have a user with Acrobat 7.1.0, using Pitstop 6.51.

He can't save new actions. He can create them but they disappear from the list when he closes the window.

When he exits the program. he gets an error. Error Code SaAcDb-3

He tells me that this worked before Pitstop was upgraded.

This has to do with the file permissions on the Action List database. I assume you're working on a Mac, because that's where this issue pops up the most.

Go to HD:Libraryreferences:Enfocus Prefs folderitStop4ActionlistDB.pdf

Check the permissions on the folder and file, should be read and write.

It happens sometimes.

Yes, this is a Mac and as you suspected, the permissions were wrong. It's working now and the user is happy.
