Scanning VOID Pantographs (film)

We have several pieces of film masters that are used for VOID Pantographs in one of our divisions that run roll presses @ 133 LPI. Can these be scanned to bitmap and produce the same expected results?

These types of jobs are the last remnants of our conventional workflow that hasn't gone digital and I want to put the nail in that coffin with the fist of an angry God. Thanks!

If you have access to a proper film scanner - yes. (scan to the dpi of your output device)
If you're using a conventional desktop type scanner - probably not.
