Screen EXP64E PC-PIF

We recently bought a server which came with a SCREEN PCIe x1 EXP64E PC-PIF card (which was connected to a PTR-8000). As we don't need the card at all we wanted to sell it on ebay. But we can't find any information on this card. Does anybody know more about the card? It would be very helpful.
