Screen PTR 4300 MAL problems, it doesn't recognize when there's no plates.

Hello All

I would like you to help me with this issue.

I have a little problem with the MAL (cassette unit) of a PTR 4300S.
It seems everything works fine, but this MAL doesn't recognize when there's no plates on it.
When this MAL finally loaded all the plates, and it tries to find for another one, it doesn't recognize when the cassette is empty.

Tony... you are going to have to check the plate sensor that is on the paper pad... its a blue sensor (Normally) you can go into sensor test and see if it turns on and off when a plate is
brought in between the sensor and the cassettte
