Seeking Manuals/Tech information for Standard Horizon SPF-20 and FC-20

I'm seeking technical info for my Horizon SPF-20 / FC-20 units.
I see someone posted about this last year with no replies, does anyone have any information about these machines? An internet search would make you think they never existed.
I'm looking for the pinout I can use to build a replacement safety interlock dongle. Mine disappeared after a move.

Buy something from a used equipment refurbisher that fixes Horizon gear, to establish a relationship, and then ask them if they can provide you a scan of the manual page or the whole manual.
