SENIOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS / IMPLEMENTATION MANAGE at O'Neil in Los Angeles and Dalla

Responsibilities:

• Ideal candidate will work with clients to implement multi-faceted print and electronic publishing programs for company’s key verticals (health care and financial services). This includes business modeling (scope business requirements, develop implementation and production schedules, provide best practices, write functional specifications documentation).
• Team Leader to develop 2-4 Business Operations Managers (Project/Account Managers)
• Must have an understanding of workflows and some print database management knowledge to be able to write and converse with programmers regarding functional specifications and programming instructions to guide programmers and client's team, but will not need to program
• Decipher and write a business plan and implement jobs through programming to finish product delivery in order to fulfill the requirements of the client
• Good organizational skills and communications skills with clients

Requirements:

• Must have a background in project management, and knowledge of electronic
and paper media production, including digital and offset printing
• Experience as a Marketing/Communications Manager in the health care or financial services industry and understanding of health care compliance with some print background a plus
• Must understand the aspects of mail and fulfillment services
• Excellent communication and customer services skills and the ability to document and communicate detailed instructions
• Ability to work in an ever-changing fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
