There is no such thing as a service manual for any Kodak CTP be it Lotem, Trendsetter, Magnus, etc... be careful about sharing your emails and what you download...

There were some internal websites with lots of information (TechPlanet) that could be available on DVD's which are at least 5-6 years old but a so-called service manual never existed.
