setup Hot Folders?

I have never used hot folders before. I want to set up a hot folder so that a few simple tasks can be done by anyone. I went through the process and made the hot folder, but how do I connect to it? This is on a Windows 7 machine that runs our J75. EFI Fiery.

Everything else is mac based. I see the J75 (server-J75) in my shared places. When I click on it I only see these options:
Mac_User_SW
PC_User_SW
User_Docs
Users

I am connected as a guest. I am not sure of the password for the Admin account on this machine. If I connect as an Admin, would I see the hot folder?

Hot folder setup is normally setup within the workflow software and not in the OS.
