Brilliant Graphics is a commercial printing company located outside of Philadelphia PA. We are an aggressive company with a highly unique understanding of how to take care of customers, and how to produce the highest quality work.
Currently, we are looking for a success-oriented individual to join our team as our Shipping & Receiving Manager. The right candidate is a team player who can help us venture forward as we provide new, exciting, and creative ideas for our clients.
Primary Responsibility
Provide leadership to the shipping & receiving department including scheduling, quality, and safety control.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Oversees all shipping and receiving activities
*Responsible for accurate and timely shipping of all Brilliant material via Brilliant’s fleet including routing for deliveries and pick up via our vehicles.
*Schedule all third party truck or courier services for delivery or pick up of Brilliant materials (including FedEx and UPS).
*Price control for all third party shipping vendors.
*Inventory control for shipping supplies and materials.
*Scheduling maintenance for all Brilliant vehicles.
Experience:
This is not a position for the faint of heart. We are looking for a Shipping Manager who can manage the work flow and logistics under fast-paced conditions and with the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
Applicants must have a high attention to detail, the ability to implement processes for efficiency, and the stamina to consistently strive for success. This is not a “9-5" job, it is a “until it’s done" career.
Skills/Qualifications:
Organization, Quality Management, Supply Management, Deadline-Oriented, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Independence, Documentation Skills, Customer Service, Reporting Skills, International Shipping, Customs/tariff paperwork familiarity for electronics, Attention to detail, Final inspection requirements, Stocking, Customer service, Sales support, Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.
