We currently have a production laminator for our offset and digital printed cover sheets. And noticing alot of work becoming more digital with shorter runs. Our job runs range from 25 to 500.
Our current full auto machine really needs an operater with experience with the machine. Even then we have quite an amount of waste and time to 'set up' a job. The machine is just more suited for longer runs.
- We are looking for a replacement which is preferably full auto, easy to use with next to no waste..
- What we would loose in speed we want to win back in ease of use and 'set up' time.
- Capable of SRA3 to about 13x19+" sheet sizes. 300 gsm thickness.
- We do about 5-6 jobs a day. So ideally it would need to be capable (not running ALL day) of about 400-500 sheets an hour.
Any machines out there that could work?
