Something missed after plate output

Hello to all dear Professionals and i hope you're doing well
In our company, the working process is that we create the files in InDesign, export them (PDF print and Press Quality) and send them directly to Rip But last week, after the plate was came out from the processor, we noticed that some patterns and objects were missing while they were visible in the PDF sent to Rip We use Heidelberg Superstar and Metadimension Rip
Another interesting point is that we exported the same PDF with Torrent rip that connected to a Kodak Trendsetter and everything was fine
I wonder why the metadimension output was like this
Thank you all in advance for your time
