spread image doesn't match

Sometimes, we put cover on the sheet press while body on the web, you know, paper will shrink after passing through web heater, and if there's a spread between front inside pgs(how to calll that page) and back inside pgs, how do you guys solve that problem or minimize the deviation?

all impositions should allow for this spread? also the studio should step the image a few times to allow the binder a better chance of getting it right?

in fact, the image spread from the frnt insde pg and 1st pg of body, i suppose enough bleed cann't help. Can someone come up with a good solution?
