We are having issues with static build up with our digitally printed media running through some of our equipment.

What are some the best ways you all have found to reduce the amount of static in your paper?

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

try draping some of this Tinsel on the feed section to ground out static. Install deionized air for sheet separation in feeders. Keep Humidity of paper area storage.

Most digital presses have a number of static reducing strips in them, yours may need replacing as they wear over time. Leaving the prints on a metal surface for an hour or so can remove static also.

Cold winter months have low relative humidty (RH).
Do you have a RH gauge near copier so you can check RH?
It should be around 40%, not below 20%!
Buy house/office humidifier (mister) to add RH to dry air.
I assume you are 2-sided duplexing in a single pass, not doing any 2/double pass work.
